SKASC functions it Training & Placements to the students, invoking from the orientation thereby introducing the top recruiters in their preplacement discussion and from then the curriculum also do focus on the carrier-based skills which would aid them in understanding the industry and its professional practices. Core Mentoring Scheme focus on each and every department students based on their technical skills. Curriculum was designed according to the industry related mentoring to the students, which liaisons between industry and the institute and also through Industrial Exposure training to students by the end of second year. The schedule is aimed for the purpose of incorporating a fiercely framework on the prospect of proficient professional career, the Placement Cell conducts pre-placement training sessions to equip students with relevant skills in their respective fields. Many trainings were added like Customer Relationship Management, Business Policy and Strategies and Portfolio Management in successive years. In this regard with the gravity of aptitude skills and soft skills in any organization, there is an inflated demand for professionals who are industry ready.

On considering this, varied sessions of training are organized by various department inside the college and other vendors. Many other external agencies are arranged to train students based on their psycho-metric level. Many students are benefited as the training programme includes of conducting various workshops career awareness programme, mock group discussions, seminars and certification programmes for the students to develop the knowledge and skills of students.
